1. If Chase is elected back to the Senate, her ability to get legislation passed will once again be impossible. Her bills will be killed in committees. She will be the same ineffective senator that she was during her second term. Four years and only one bill passed!
2. She exhibits racist behavior by refusing to meet with or attend events hosted by Black or Hispanic Organizations during General Assembly.
3. Chase refused to meet with visiting constituents unless they had made a donation of $100 or more.
4. A failure at getting legislation passed. During her 8 years of service to the Senate she submitted 119 pieces of legislation. Only 19.3% were passed, most were killed in committee or on the Senate Floor.
5. Spent thousands of dollars for a Security Team that was never needed.
6. Spent approximately $31,000.00 on frivolous lawsuits.
7. Always blames others for her mistakes and problems, including her staff.
8. She self-proclaims herself as the Chairwoman of the NEIC (National Election Integrity Caucus) but only participated for 3 months before she tired of it and left it behind her.
9. She carried guns into schools and into Senate Buildings on a regular basis. She was told by police that she would be taken to jail in the Summer of 2023 for refusing to remove her gun and place it in her vehicle. She ultimately complied.
10. She accepted a donation from a constituent during session which is an illegal act.
11. Berated a Capitol Policewoman over where she felt she should be permitted to park on Senate grounds and called the Senate Clerk disrespectful names.
12. She has no respect for leadership and her colleagues have no respect for her.
13. She was kicked out of the Chesterfield Republican Committee two different times, once in 2019 and again in 2023 when she failed to support the Republican Creed. In 2023 she was also kicked out of the Republican Party of VA. Both times she threatened to run as an Independent and advertised it on FB.
14. She would not support Glen Sturtevant in the primary against her in 2023 saying he was not an honorable man. Thankfully Senator Sturtevant won that election.
15. She would not support the vote for Susan Beals, a former staffer, to gain a cabinet position under Governor Youngkin. She felt she should have been consulted on that decision but no one else felt that way.
16. She calls her censure 'illegal' but it wasn’t. It was voted on by the Senate Legislators which made it a legal procedure. Because someone said what they did was 'illegal' she has used that phrasing in every stump speech she's given since then. It sounds good, but it isn't true.
17. She expected special permission to introduce legislation beyond the limit she was allowed to file (trying to get a censure filed on Louise Lucas).
18. She lied about her attempts to file a censure against Louise Lucas. Said she had not done it but in fact tried twice to do so. She was called out by Senator Tommy Norment on the Senate Floor when she was censured.
19. She lies in committee hearings as well as on the Senate Floor (i.e. red flag law and protective orders).
20. Failed to maintain timely email and phone communications with her constituents.
21. She walks in the shadow of yesterday's victories, namely the Transparency Act and the Coal Ash Bills. These bills were accomplished in her first term, but she still uses them along with a few others because she only passed 1 successful bill in her second term. Otherwise, she would have no triumphs to toot her horn about.
22. She traveled outside her district many times using donations from constituents to pay for airfare, high level hotels, rental vehicles, and expensive meals for her team and others on so called Election Integrity related issues.
23. She visited the Grand Canyon to fulfill a personal bucket list item using constituent donations to pay for it.
24. Chase lies so much that she's been told if her mouth is open, she is lying. She's
said that most of the time she doesn't even realize she is lying.
